I just verified on my Azure Subscription and Bandwidth is still showing up as an option for Meter Category (exactly same as show in the screenshot on my blog). In terms of estimation you would be better off clicking Calculator link from Bandwidth Pricing page - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/bandwidth/
